Amavasya Today: Do These 7 Things Without Fail To Avoid Bad Luck!

The new moon day (all 9 hours and not just the night) is called Amavasya. This year the Amavasya is on June 27. As per traditional North Indian calendar, it is the Amavasya in Ashada month. In other regions it is the Jyeshta Amavasi.
Actually, the amavasya is starting at 12.07 pm from June 26 and will continue up to 1.38 pm on June 28. Halharini Amavasya is observed on the day in certain regions in North India.
