While Karisma kept the look clean by picking an embroidered jacket and trousers from Manish Malhotra. She threw in a cuff to the look, along with a swarovski boxed clutch; Kajol looked hot in a color-blocked red and blue sari with sequin embellished border. It was paired with a blue blouse with sheer sleeves, looking quite a headturner. She posed candidly for the cameras and won the stylishly chic title once again.
A sleeper bus on its way from Sikar to Nasik rammed into a truck moving ahead of it near Manankhera toll both on Monday. Six people including the bus driver were killed in the accident while 51 other passengers have been injured.
Twenty people travelling in the sleeper bus are said to be critical. The incident took place at 4 in the morning on Jawra-Nayagaon four lane road. While overtaking the truck, the bus rammed into another truck carrying cement. The bus was at such high speed that its front portion was completely blown away when it collided with the truck.
According to sources, the Maharashtra government on Tuesday decided to suspend Deputy Inspector General of Police, Sunil Paraskar, accused of raping a 25-year-old model in Mumbai.
The decision came after Director General of Maharashtra police sent a damning report on the Paraskar episode to the home ministry.
The proposal to suspend the deputy inspector general (DIG-protection of civil rights units) was sent to Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan.
